We did look into the flight, but I believe it had us arriving at an odd time. The car ride was part of the adventure and showed us how much more relaxed we were when we left. We are glad you enjoyed your visit and found it enriching. We also noted that you found the drive to Ananda a bit rough. For future reference dehradun airport is only a 30 minute drive away from Ananda and there are regular scheduled direct flights from delhi airport.
